WAYNE IMMS Creative Director & Founder For around thirty years, Wayne has, mainly for radio, reflected his interest and knowledge for popular culture, especially for film and music. He has produced, mainly for BBC Radio 2, documentaries on Lionel Richie, Star Trek, The Mamas and the Papas, The Pretenders and Badly Drawn Boy. For these and other programmes, Wayne has interviewed names such as Leonard Nimoy, Noel Gallagher, Pete Townshend, Sigourney Weaver, Jeremy Irons, Ray Davies, Stephen Fry, Chrissie Hynde, Gary Numan and Nick Park. As well as The Space, he hosted Soundstage, a similar regular event in London, as well as cinema-based ones, marking anniversaries of films such as Superman: the Movie, Secrets and Lies, Batman and Sexy Beast.

ROSIE CLARK Event Assistant Arts marketer Rosie Clarke can usually be found at the Space events welcoming visitors and selling raffle tickets. Professionally, Rosie coordinates the UK-wide Museums at Night festival for Brighton-based non-profit Culture24. A world traveller with a background in theatre and publishing, she is currently working towards a marketing qualification, reviews music, dance, theatre and comedy for local papers, and helps to run She Says networking events.
The Space is a regular unique event with great arts and entertainment-related guests, usually two at each event. Each guest is interviewed separately about their work and achievements. There are also audience Q&As, with a chance for you to ask your own questions. The Space is held at an inimate Brighton venue.
